Compliance reviews to uphold program standards Ongoing communication and updates with partner organizations Assessments to guarantee participant safety and engagement We strive to work with partners that share our commitment to excellence, ethical practices, and regulatory compliance in supporting exchange visitors.

2. Termination Policy
Midwest University reserves the right to terminate agreements with external partners under the following circumstances:

Non-compliance with U.S. Department of State regulations Ethical violations or participant safety concerns Financial instability or operational closure Misrepresentation or breach of program policies Partnerships may be ended at any time if compliance standards or program objectives are not met.
