Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration
PURPOSE
The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree program is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge of business and incorporating biblical principles to help them develop the skills necessary to be successful witnesses for Jesus Christ in the marketplace. Students will learn to apply business principles from a biblical worldview to be effective Christian leaders in the global business community.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completing this degree, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Scripture, Christian worldview, ethical principles, and their application to responsible business leadership.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business disciplines, including accounting, finance, management, marketing, economics, and information systems.
- Apply business concepts, critical thinking, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and effective communication skills to analyze and solve organizational challenges.
- Demonstrate professional competence, leadership, teamwork, and career readiness through internships, applied learning experiences, and practical business projects.
