Midwest University offers a variety of academic programs at the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, certificate, and English language levels. Programs are designed to prepare students for careers, leadership, ministry, education, business, technology, aviation, counseling, and the arts.
Yes. Selected academic programs offer integrated master's and doctoral pathways that allow qualified students to progress directly toward a doctoral degree through a structured academic plan.
Students should consult with the Admissions Office regarding eligibility and program availability.
Yes. Students may request a change of major or degree program. Approval may be required depending on academic standing, program requirements, and available space.
A Change of Program Fee may apply.
Yes. Many academic programs include internships, practica, field experiences, ministry placements, clinical training, performance experiences, or research opportunities as part of the curriculum.

Midwest University accepts applications throughout the year. However, applicants are encouraged to submit all required documents no later than one month before the start of their intended semester.

Applicants may submit an online application through the Midwest University website. After the application is received, an admissions representative will provide guidance regarding required documents and the next steps in the admissions process. English proficiency requirements vary by program and applicant background. Students who have completed a degree in the United States or can otherwise demonstrate sufficient English proficiency may qualify for an exemption. University offers ESL program for the students who do not meet the English proficiency requirements.
Yes. Official transcripts will be evaluated to determine transfer credit eligibility. Transfer credit decisions are made by the University after reviewing academic records.
Tuition is generally charged on a per-credit-hour basis and varies depending on the academic program and degree level. Students should review the current tuition schedule for their specific program before registration.
Yes. Graduation fees vary by degree level.
Yes. Students may request a payment plan through the Finance Office. Payment plan approval is based on individual circumstances and University policies. Extra installment fee is charged.

Students may cancel their enrollment within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after registration and receive a refund of applicable fees, excluding tuition.
After the three-day period, most fees-including application fees, processing fees, and orientation fees-are non-refundable.
Yes. Midwest University is authorized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and SEVP to issue Form I-20 to qualified international students who have been admitted to an eligible academic program.
After admission is granted, Midwest University will provide a Transfer Request Form. The student must submit the form to the Designated School Official (DSO) at the current institution. Once the student's SEVIS record is released and transferred to Midwest University, a new Form I-20 can be issued.
Once admission has been granted and all required documents have been received, Form I-20 is generally issued within approximately two weeks. Processing times may be longer during peak admission periods.
International students must demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover tuition, fees, living expenses, and other educational costs.
Generally, students should be prepared to show financial resources of approximately $40,000 USD or more.
Students bringing dependents should expect to provide an additional $5,000 USD per dependent.
University offers Day-1 CPT for specific programs: Master of Business Administration (MBA)&Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
Students must register for an approved internship or practicum course as part of their curriculum.
Yes. F-1 students are required by U.S. immigration regulations to maintain full-time enrollment each academic term (12 credits for Undergraduate programs, 9 credits for Master¡¯s program, 8 credits for Doctoral programs) and make normal progress toward completion of their degree program.
